Our Patrons

As well as our regular patrons St Marks also host lots of charity fund raising events and private parties. Past events include Macmillan Coffee mornings, barn dances, local  bands and choirs.  In addition events such as Seed exchanges, Eco Awareness, and local  history walks and talks, 


Acorns Pre-School

Bath Historical Marshal Arts (HEMA)

We are a Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) club that loves exploring medieval- and Renaissance-era texts to unlock the secrets of armed combat! Our club meets Tuesday evenings 7.30 -9.30.

T’ai Chi classes for Well-being

In Well Being classes participants learn simplified T’ai Chi and the principles. Qi Gong and meditation

exercises to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, concentration to promote calmness and

relaxation.

MC_Combat 

MC-Combat provides quality training in stage and screen combat. While strongly pushing to support female fighters, we strive to create a safe environment where all students can explore their own individual process. Our courses range from exam based to workshops, showreel, junior and much more!

We gather together every Sunday at St Marks as a church family to celebrate the hope we have in Jesus. Widcomewest

Widcombe West is an amalgamation of local residents' groups , always welcoming new members. Anyone who lives in the roads around St Marks is a member. There is no fee and everyone is welcome.

They hold an annual Summer BBQ, Christmas lunch, and at least one Garden Group plant sale at St Marks.

There is usually music, played  and sung by local residents at these events ,which are always free. People are usually encouraged to contribute raffle prizes or food and drink to share and  everyone is welcome.We use the lovely garden for these events when we can and the Garden Group meets every Sunday to improve the garden and to socialise.

Zenith Youth Theatre 

Experience...Enrich...Entertain... plus delivering musical theatre to the highest standard are the aims of Zenith Youth Theatre Company.

Formerly known as Bodlets, Zenith is an entirely voluntary run theatrical society based in Bath for young people aged between 13 and 21 and has been rehearsing at St Marks for over twenty years.
